FORGIVENESS....As women we have been hurt and pained by exes, by fathers being absent and not being available in our lives. We carry a lot of anger & sometimes we hide it so deeply underneath layers of pretence that we don't
realise how this hurt & pain influences our future relationships with our new boyfriends & then our children. A lot of women are missing out on TRUE LOVE & either settling for a man they can twist around their little finger rather than going for a man good enough as they are afraid that they could get hurt.
Listen to this discusion and hear how one can really deal with these feelings, overcome them & move on with a lighter heart, so that that fear of being hurt again does  not overshadow the potential of a new loving relationship.
